Important notes:
- Pension Calculation in death while in service & Disappear case - Amendment - In Step 6, Calculation of enhanced family pension (1st 7 Years), From 01.04.2022 onwards the "enhanced family pension is payable upto 1st 7 Years or till the date on which employee would have attained the age 65 years, if he had survived whichever is earlier" is amended as "enhanced family pension is payable upto 1st 7 Years or till the date on which employee would have attained the age 67 years, if he had survived whichever is earlier" .
- Deletion of Regulation 182A (Govt service for calculation of qualifying service is removed with effect from 24.06.2021)
